This Engine Test Bed is a self-contained compact unit designed for easy installation and bench mounting.
The test set can be used with 2-stroke petrol, 4-stroke petrol, 4 stroke diesel engine modern, high-efficiency 2- stroke diesel engine and sensors for PV diagram.
This is a typical small engine commonly used in various industrial and domestic applications throughout the world.
The engine is prepared for measurement of the cylinder pressure for indication.
The engine and dynamometer are carried on a solid steel base plate resiliently mounted within a steel framework.
An engine test bed with dynamometer which can test single cylinder engines between 5 and 10kW, exhaust gas analyzer, engine indicating system and exhaust gas calorimeter

Capability:
A set of engines capable of working with various fuels like diesel, gasoline (petrol) and other alternative fuels
Two stroke and four stroke engines in the list of accessories.
Separate fuel lines for diesel, gasoline and alternative fuels
To conduct performance test of engines covering Brake Power/efficiency, BMep, IMEP, SFC, Volumetric Efficiency, Frictional Power, Input Power, exhaust losses etc
Able to generate the various characteristic curves using an appropriate engine indicating system
Data acquisition system for measurement of all parameters including fuel consumption,
Provide list of engines and its power along with dynamometer range.
Provide list of characteristic curves which can be drawn using the engine indicating system
Provide accuracy of readings of the sensors attached to the test setup.
Provide data acquisition options.
Provide the characteristic curves generated from the system  during testing at manufacturer's site
Equipment operate at 415 Volt 3 phase power supply which is at 50 Hz.
