This trainer is developed to perform testing, maintenance, and repair of industrial valves such as manual diaphragm valve, pneumatic control valve. electric switch valve, and electric control valve.
It has a welded work surface with a stable steel structure with wheels.
It   include a control box composed of adjustable flowmeters, pressure gauges, integrated programming touch screen, main power switch with leakage protection, power socket, and safety terminals for testing.
Two sets of quick couplings for air pipes is on the lower left side of the control box with plugs connected with pressure gauges and flowmeters inside the control box.
A drawer cabinet is available under the work surface for placing tools, test instruments, and air pipes used during the experimentation.
A platform relatively close to the ground is available for fixing the industrial valves in non-experimental testing state.
Four mounting bolts on the upper side of the test bench is available to fix the industrial valves for testing and/or maintenance.
The manual diaphragm valve (On/Off) has the following features:

Lining material: the flow parts are fully lined with fluorine, acid, and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant.
