Lime mixing tank useful for the preparation and storage of lime milk intended to be used for the sugarcane juice treatment process (clarification). It meet the following specifications:
Entirely made of stainless steel with the cylinder body being lined with high wear- resistant rubber which has a strong anti- corrosion and wear resistance.
Tank capacity: 200 liters, Type: Vertical chemical storage tank.
Core components: Vertical mixer/agitator speed as per the manufacturer and double impeller, Lime dozing pump with all its accessories for solution transfer.
Humanized structure design and easy to operate.
Is provided with an in-tank feed line (pipe) to be connected to an outside water line, useful in solution preparation process.
Liquid level transmitter required.
Stable operation, convenient maintenance and easy to operate
Sampling cock at the base (to allow for pH measurement) & drain spot.
Strict leakage tests. Proof of these tests are required.
